I still need to try the brown fish stew tho. Lol. If you're concerned about the parking, just park in that Large lot across the side street. Friendly folks there, trying hard to please :)
I do not understand why this place is not more crowded. Everything I have ever eaten there is delicious. If you need less spicy, just say so. THIS CHEF LISTENS...!!
This is a mom and pop restaurant who love their heritage and love their business. So nice....such wonderful flavors. The hospitality is some if the best around. It tastes just like being in Jamaica!
We looked it up via Siri and thought it sounded intriguing for a vacation stop. It FAR exceeded our expectations! We tried an appetizer called plantain nachos, and not only was it not what we were all expecting, it was by far the best dish of food we've had yet this week! It was huge, sweet, spicy, and crispy and didn't taste a bit like bananas (we are not a banana crowd). Would recommend to anyone in the area, it was fabulous!
This place is one of my favorite restaurants in town. The staff is always really nice and the service is fast. Never have to wait. Get the oxtails. Do it. Now.
