Bluffton office staff very friendly, but a bit disorganized. Morning of car pick-up was hassle b/c they didn't have what class I ordered. I was upgraded, but car had expired license plate, so no go there! But staff made it right, even with complications and delays, so kudos for customer service, but more efficiency would be a good idea to cultivate.
I had a great experience with Enterprise. They were very accommodating, switched me from one car to another one upon request and alerted me when the rental ended. I would definitely use Enterprise again!
