They STRIPPED EVERY SINGLE ONE of my lug nuts, then tell me that they were just warped because of the heat. Then they make me pay 3 dollars a piece to replace them. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I take my car there and they think that it's ok to rush and mess peoples things up. Very unprofessional.
Always a great experience. Don and the whole team always exceed my service expectations. Made an appointment for 3:30pm to have a tire replaced and showed up 30 minutes early. The crew got my tire changed and I was out the door ahead of schedule even with dealing with some stripped lug nuts (caused by another service provider when my tire blew out in Columbia) Best recommendation, make an appointment and you'll be pleased! 5th time having work done here and I'll be back.
Picked up some camper tires from them, had such a great experience I went back a month later to get all new tires for my truck as well. They have earned a lifelong customer. Great staff and fantastic product. Thank you so much
I was disappointed in this location. I made an online appointment for an oil change, and it specifically states that in my email. When I arrived the man at the desk said their system did not show that I asked for an oil change and therefore would have to wait till the end of the day, it was 12:30, my appointment time. Then said that the online appointments were stacked on top of what he already had scheduled. My appointment is just as important as any others, just because it's an online reservation doesn't make my appointment any less important. I was not a walk in, therefore my appointment time should of been acknowledged. Instead, I was sent away because they didn't have time for my appointment. I have written corporate about the situation and sent them a copy of my email with the confirmation number and showing I asked for an oil change, since the employee said their system didn't show that. Even if their system didn't show it, I shouldn't of been sent away because my appointment was an inconvenience. I hope they can fix the customer service issues.
They overcharge their rate per hour for the mechanic. And add in extra cost for materials. 300 some dollars to change a belt. I don't think so.
