Went to self service and most of the soaps were not working (empty). Poorly maintained, they clearly cater to their full service customers.
I used the pet wash. I wanted to give my dog a bath and it was cold this morning so I thought this would be a nice warm cozy experience. It was anything but! ! No hot water straight cold, and no soap in the spray, the blow-dry was also cold and very weAK on high!! My poor dog was trembling and miserable! ! This thing should be shut down until they get it working properly! !!
