Beautiful place Carmen is a wonderful person and knows what she's doing bought flower for my mother and they were perfect, no wonder why they are the best of bluffton since 07.
They took care of me soooo well! If there is something wrong with the arrangements she does everything she can to make it right. I've also noticed she puts ALOT more on the arrangements than what is shown on the pictures in the website
They just made two of the most AMAZING arrangements for me that I have ever seen! The flowers were fresh and the design was utterly beautiful! Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE. I placed an internet order for Mothers Day flower delivery. My credit card was charged on May 9 2016. The flowers were never delivered. I have called Old Bluffton Flowers 4 times in the last week, during business hours, asking for clarification, and not once has anyone called me back. I did speak to an employee on Saturday May 14, but she said that only a manager could talk to me, and she would have him call me back. Not one call returned. It is amazing in this day and time that a service business would choose to ignore customer calls, and not "own up" to a mistake...this decision made the overall outcome much worse. Very bad business policy.
