No one wants to hear “you have breast cancer.” But I heard those words a little over 2 years ago. After my lumpectomy, which took more tissue than originally anticipated, Dr. Klenke, did a reduction/reconstruction surgery. She was amazing to work with. My breasts were very uneven to start with, then the lumpectomy along with radiation starting soon, which would probably shrink the left breast even more. She said she could/would be able to even everything out! Dr. Klenke walked me through every thing. She explained each step. I am extremely happy with my new, smaller, even breasts! After radiation I was still in pain. She referred me to a physical therapist to help with scar tissue. Her staff are so friendly. They remember everything you talk about! I will always recommend Dr. Klenke to anyone needing plastic surgery, especially women dealing with breast cancer. Dr. Klenke’s bedside manner makes you feel like you are her only patient. 2 years later I am cancer free and doing great!

I had a wonderful outcome from my surgery. Dr Klenke explained everything I needed to know and just did an awesome job. Slight pain the first day, managed with meds, but virtually no pain after.
I saw Dr. Klenke in January 2017 to treat a basal cell carcinoma on my temple. I was impressed with this practice immediately upon entering her office in Bluffton. Her staff is welcoming and very professional as is Dr. Klenke. Dr. Klenke gave me a clear summary of the basal cell issue and the indicated surgical procedure, which was scheduled for later in January. The surgery was performed at the Bluffton Okatie Surgery Center, a facility that deserves its own 5 star review. The surgery went perfectly and a couple days ago I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Klenke. This has been the most positive experience with the medical profession that I have had since moving to South Carolina two years ago. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Klenke and her staff!
