First time senior citizen, service superb, PA Jacob superb, Dr Ulrich very thorough ran tests found problem nobody else did. Office staff all superb. Had to leave msg PA Jacob called me back in two hours gave me Dr's instructions. Don't think they could do any better and I feel like a special patient not just a number. With care like this I believe I will live longer in good health.
I had a great experience with Dr. Sevastos. Great guy, personable, and able to relate. Quite pleased.
Dr. Sevastos is not my problem. He is great, but the office staff and office policies leave a lot to be desired. As an aging senior with multiple health issues, I need to have at least an assurance that my family care doc is available. I do not expect unqualified access, but I do expect someone to respond to my phone calls in a timely manner. I have serious doubts that my message even got to the doctor. The blame either rests with the reception staff, the doctor's assistant, or the doctor himself. I recognize that doctors are employees but the level of isolation and/or insulation in this office is unacceptable. As long as physicians accept this situation, the problems will persist. This is NOT a pone-time event...the problem is ingrained and of is long-standing. Again...unacceptable.
Phone and office wait times are unacceptably. The office practice is overbooked and overwhelmed.
Dr. Mooney has been a very great listener and it has been great to be able to bring my concerns to her and feel that they are taken seriously. The staff is superb, always return calls and follow up. Never had a problem.
