I really enjoyed working with Shannon. She was efficient, knowledgeable and nice. So I have no complaints in that department but it would be nice if someone would answer the phone. I called several times to ask a question and i couldn't get through. I couldn't leave a voicemail either because the prompt never came on the line. I am giving the benefit of the doubt that the phones were not working. I hope that is the case.
