As soon as I stepped into Ligato's, they immediately eased all of my worries. Cliff was able to find a ring with an almost identical design to my original engagement ring, but with a much more secure prong setting. On top of that, he was able to get it for MUCH less and I believe it is definitely a higher quality ring.
Even though we came to him on Christmas Eve, my ring was sized, set, and ready in less than two weeks.

I went in to have repairs done on my engagement ring, not only did he take the time to sit down with me and show me what was wrong, he fixed it that day. I wasn't expecting to get it back till later in the week, but got a call a few hours later saying it was ready. I will trust my jewelry with no one else. Mr. Ligato does the work in house, not to mention my ring looks brand new. Beautiful work and very trustworthy. I couldn't be happier!!!
Awesome place for fine jewelry and the most honest people in the industry. Repaired my watch and was able to get the parts at a quarter of the cost I could have. I would recommend then for anything as simple as adding a link to a watch to engagement rings.

Ligato's is AMAZING! My original engagement ring is from Jared, and after just a year of wearing it, the stone had come loose so often that I went to them to try to find a more permanent solution to fix it instead of having to have my ring tightened every other week. Their ONLY solution was to make a new ring for over $1500! My engagement ring cost a third of that price!
