Had expensive dress dry-cleaned for first time. Several days later packed it for a trip. Put it on to go to church, got there and noticed that the entire hem was out!! (It was hemmed perfectly when I dropped it off.) Not even a thread to indicate there had ever been a hem & the hem was pressed out--so someone had to know. No one said anything to me & there was no note to warn me that the hem had come out. Embarrassing to go to church thinking you looked ok & then find you were wearing a dress w/o a hem. I will be looking for a new dry cleaners & somewher for alterations & mending!!
This is the 2nd time my business has been turned away. Will find somewhere else. Waste of time.
