As the owner of All Four Paws, I take all reviews, both good and bad, very personally. I realize that while we strive for satisfaction ALL of the time, occasionally we miss. I would hope that someone would tell us immediately if our service has not met expectations. We will always try to "make good". It is ironic that a poor review comes the same week that we were notified of winning our 3rd straight Best of Bluffton award for grooming! As a follow up, Daisy also had had 2 very small ticks, the first she has had in her 4 years. Why would I not be surprised!
Susie has been grooming my dog for over a year and doing a wonderful job. His hair is easily matted, but she has used her secret cut and grooming expertise to keep this from happening. She is also is very loving to my dog.
Another thing is that you are basically penalized for not using cash. Really??? In today's world???

Great selection of doggie stuff & they did a good job with the grooming - our dog looked better & was not traumatized!
My Daisy got the worse hair cut ever. Parts of her looked liked her beautiful hair had been chopped. She also constantly licked her "private parts" for 2 days. The groomer must had cut around it too close because she is really irritated. She was also so nervous and stressed she didn't sleep at all the first night.
I will never take either of my dogs back!!
