Frank fit me in on the day I called. He not only did a quick job he let me know I had a short in my garbage disposal. The cost was very reasonable and I will be happy to use him again! thanks Frank
I hired Moore Bros. Plumbing to fix leaking pipe Feb. 2011 in vacation rental on Hilton Head. (I live in Ohio) I paid for repairs. Talked to Frank on April 25th after finding out the water was not working and was told water was working just turned off. Told him I need the water turned on by June for incoming renters. Found out this was not done when renters called to tell me they had no water. Frank had told me he would turn it on next time in area 19.7 Miles from his office) nor did he call to say he could not get back to turn on the water. Repeated calls to Moore Bros. Plumbing were not returned. Not at all happy with the job done and not done. Found Frank to be unhelpful and not to knowledgeable about plumbing. Did not care about people left without water because he could not be bothered turn it on.
I have used Moore Brothers Plumbing for almost 14 years and had nothing but excellent service. Frank has replaced two water heaters, and done remodeling for me. Awesome! Clean, on schedule, and reasonable.
