I'd love to give this place no stars. But I can't. The experience was the worst I've ever had. I feel robbed. The front desk staff was kind enough, but the therapist I had was a joke. She was 10 minutes late and she told me she only had 6 months of teaching. Not only that she used a "tool" vs her hands during my 90 minute session. What a joke. Maybe I'm a sucker for sticking it out but so be it. I've had a pretty good experience at Massage Envy's in the past, but I can for sure NOT send anyone here.
Have been a client for several years now and my therapist Julie always does an amazing job. She is very attentive to my concerns and takes the time to really focus on any problem areas and does her best to help relieve the tense spots. Highly recommend Julie. The front desk staff is very friendly and accomodating as well.
Just went to day for my first visit and was blown away at how incredible I felt afterwards. I highly recommend Julie, very professional and knows what she is doing. Well worth your time and money. Your body will thank you. Thanks Massage Envy, and thanks Julie. I will be back.
Mediocre Experience. I prefer the Hilton Head location.
Wont be coming back...ever just overall not happy with the price and everything with this great for like injury's not so much for relaxing... and then they go up on their prices when you return so they suck you in stuck with gift card had to use.
