Apathetic best describes their performance.Late, broken furniture, lost parts, dirty mattress after he briefed me how he would protect it. Terrible experience. Even let the movers borrow a cell phone charger and a car adapter that was never returned. Was quoted wrong price initially. Final charge was twice the quote. To their credit they did lower their outrageous price.Do yourself a favor and use someone else. Would give a zero stars if I could.
On Day Two, Marcus and Will went above and beyond: just two guys moved all of our stuff, in the heat, up to the third floor, with no elevator--all with the same efficiency, care, quickness, AND kindness and humor.
Marcus & the crew were great! They were on time and swift with it!! No complaints about them.
On Day One, Marcus and crew were great: efficient, careful, and quick. We were on the road hours before I expected.
I was impressed because the crew was a few minutes early. They had a great can-do attitude and were respectful of me and of my belongings. Management called me to see how things were going midway through, and again I was impressed because had things not been going well, they reached out to me first. These guys worked very hard and did a great job. I highly recommend All My Sons Moving, and I will call on them again.
Unfortunately the way Adam handled our initial calls and didn't disclose about certain costs ruined the chances of the moving guys getting a tip (we weren't even aware that they could be tipped firstly) and I honestly felt like All My Sons Moving robbed us blind. � I've already emailed someone named Nicholas but haven't received a reply to date.
5 Stars...Marcus and his men did a fantastic job moving us. They knew exactly what to do, they were very careful and efficient, they even finished the job faster than the estimate we were given, so that alone saved us money. Marcus and all his men were very professional, had positive and cooperative attitudes, and uplifting spirits. There was no damage to anything. My wife and I could not be more pleased.
Could not ask for a better experience.
