My things were trashed, furniture damaged, and missing items - whole boxes. And after they stacked the boxes so high that I couldn't reach those on top I had to tilt them and let them fall on my chest to catch them. And the final blow, I left right after they finished and I received a phone call from the police that I had not paid my bill - which I had. AND the deposit of $250, they won't answer the phone from me to ask for it! This is criminal and I plan to press charges soon if they don't take an action to remedy this.
There was a mix up in the reservation process. Owner called to investigate what happened and took care of it himself. Responsive and gave a quick acceptable solution.
